Perio is operated by Donguk Oh, an individual. These terms apply to the Perio app. Questions: perioapps.admin@gmail.com.

Using Perio

Perio helps you record food, expiry dates and reminders. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass service limits or disrupt the service. Your pantry remains separate from other users.

Food dates and AI assistance

Photo analysis is optional and can make mistakes. Check every suggested name and date before saving. Perio is not a food-safety assessment. Use your judgment and the manufacturer's guidance; a reminder or recorded date does not guarantee food is safe. Device permissions, operating-system restrictions and connectivity can affect reminders and service availability.

Free and Plus

Manual food tracking and basic reminders are free. Free includes up to 5 AI analyses per UTC calendar month and 20 per UTC day. Plus includes up to 50 per UTC calendar month and 30 per UTC day. Annual Plus also provides 50 each month. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC daily and on the first day of each month, with no rollover or additional signup trial. Buying, restoring or changing a plan does not reset usage. Failed analyses do not consume your analysis allowance; separate request and abuse limits may still apply.

Where available, Plus is an optional monthly or annual auto-renewing store subscription. The app displays the price, currency and billing period returned by your store before purchase. Your Apple or Google account is charged according to the store's confirmation and billing terms. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings before renewal. The store handles billing, refund requests and applicable cancellation rights.

Cancellation generally retains verified access through the paid period; store refunds, revocations and billing status can change access. When Plus ends, food records and basic reminders remain available. Restore purchases using the original Perio account and store account. A purchase cannot be transferred to another Perio account. Deleting your Perio account does not cancel a store subscription.

Privacy, availability and your rights

See our Privacy Policy for data processing and deletion. You may stop using Perio or delete your account in Settings. AI and online features may be unavailable during outages; manual entry remains the alternative. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI results. These terms do not limit consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

For apps obtained through Apple, the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Store purchase terms and mandatory local law continue to apply.
